Four ways to get the thing built
Fixed scope, a quote before we start, and full ownership at handover. Pick the closest fit. We will tell you on the first call if it is the wrong one.
Prices shown for your region. Every project is quoted as one fixed number before work starts.
Company Profile
Most buyers check whether you look real before they call. A profile site answers that in the first three seconds: who you are, what you do, and how to reach you. It loads fast and turns up in search.
- Best for
- Businesses whose customers search for them and find nothing, or find something built in 2016.
- Typical timeline
- 1–2 weeks
What you get
- Up to 5 pages, designed and built
- Mobile and tablet layouts
- On-page SEO and sitemap
- Contact form wired to your inbox
- Google Analytics and Search Console
- Domain for the first year
Not included
- Copywriting in languages other than English or Indonesian
- Photography and video production
- Ongoing content updates after month 3
One-off
Fixed. Extra pages beyond five are quoted separately.

Web Application
The spreadsheet worked until three people needed it at once. A web app gives the same process real accounts, permissions and history. Nobody overwrites a row, and you can see what happened last Tuesday.
- Best for
- Teams running the business out of spreadsheets, or paying per-seat for a tool that does 30% of what they need.
- Typical timeline
- 4–12 weeks
What you get
- Product and UX design, reviewed before build
- Full-stack build on typed, tested foundations
- Auth, roles and permissions
- Admin dashboard and reporting
- Integrations with tools you already run
- Deployment and monitoring setup
Not included
- Data entry or migration of unstructured records
- Third-party license fees
- Native mobile apps (see Mobile Application)
Starting from
Moves with the number of user roles, integrations, and screens. You get a fixed quote before we start.

Mobile Application
One codebase ships to both stores, so you pay for one build and one set of fixes rather than two. The apps go out under your developer accounts. If we part ways, the listings stay yours.
- Best for
- Products your customers use on the move, or field teams who need the tool in their hand rather than on a desk.
- Typical timeline
- 6–14 weeks
What you get
- iOS and Android from one codebase
- App Store and Play Store submission
- Push notifications
- Offline-tolerant data handling
- Crash reporting and analytics
- Store listing assets and screenshots
Not included
- Apple and Google developer account fees
- Ongoing store review appeals after month 6
- Wearable or TV variants
Starting from
Moves with offline support, payments, and how much native hardware access you need.

Custom AI Solution
Most AI projects fail because nobody checked whether the data was usable. We start with a discovery week against your real documents, then quote the build. If the honest answer is that it is not worth doing, we say so.
- Best for
- Teams losing hours to reading, sorting or re-typing the same documents every week.
- Typical timeline
- 2 weeks discovery, then scoped
What you get
- Discovery week against your real data
- Use-case and feasibility report
- Model and tooling selection
- Private data integration
- Evaluation harness so quality is measurable
- Human review workflow for edge cases
Not included
- Model API usage costs
- Labelling of large training datasets
- Guarantees of accuracy on unstructured handwriting
Pricing
Priced after a paid discovery week, so the quote is based on your actual data rather than a guess.

Every project
What you get regardless of tier
These are not upsells. They apply to the smallest build and the largest one alike.
You own everything
Source code, design files, domains and accounts transfer to you at handover. There is no license to keep paying.
A fixed quote before we start
We scope first and quote once. If the scope changes, we tell you what it costs before doing the work.
Weekly milestones you can use
You see working software every week, not a status update. Feedback lands while it is still cheap to act on.
One team, start to finish
The people who scoped it build it. Nothing is handed to a junior team after the contract is signed.
How we work
From idea to launch, faster
A proven process that keeps you in the loop from the first call to the final handover.
Discover
We dig into your goals, users and constraints before anything is scoped. The obvious build is not always the right one.
Design
Wireframes then polished UI, so you can see and shape the product before a line of code is written.
Build
Tested engineering delivered in weekly milestones you can follow, use and give feedback on as it lands.
Hand over
We ship, transfer every account and repository to you, and stay on for support as the product grows.
Add-ons
Things people ask for afterwards
Kept off the main tiers on purpose. Four options is already the point where choosing gets harder.
Ongoing maintenance
Updates, security patches, backups and a monthly check-in once your included window ends.
Starting from
Extra design work
Brand assets, pitch decks and marketing pages produced alongside the build.
Pricing
Team training
Sessions for your staff on running and extending what we built, recorded for future hires.

Objections
The questions people actually ask
Including the awkward ones. If yours is not here, ask it on the first call.
Because a company profile really is a small job when it is scoped properly, and we would rather quote it honestly than pad it. The larger numbers show up where the work actually is: roles, integrations and data. Every quote is fixed before we start, so a low entry price never turns into a surprise invoice.
It is the floor for a straightforward build in that category. What moves it is listed under each service, and it is usually the number of user roles, integrations and screens. After a scoping call you get one fixed number, not a range.
We tell you what the change costs and how it moves the timeline before we do the work. You decide whether it is worth it. Nothing gets added to an invoice that you have not agreed to first.
You own it outright. At handover the source code, design files, domains, repositories and hosting accounts transfer to you. There is no license, no lock-in, and nothing you have to keep paying us to keep running.
That is common. We integrate with existing tools, APIs and in-house teams, and we can take a defined slice of the work rather than the whole thing. We will be direct if we think your existing team should keep ownership.
Nothing breaks. You own everything and it keeps running. If you want us to stay on for updates, patches and backups, maintenance plans are listed under Add-ons. If you would rather take it in-house, we hand over documentation and run a training session.
We say so. The AI discovery week exists precisely to find that out before you commit to a build, and we would rather lose the project than take money for something that will not work on your data.
Production-proven tooling chosen to fit the project rather than a fixed house stack. We will walk you through the specific recommendations, and the reasoning behind them, during scoping.
